Why did 9/11 happen?

9/11 a Brief Overview

Intro - Please note Osama Bin Laden claims to be a follower of Islam. He is not. I recieved a couple comments which I can truly relate to. Muslims who read this article but are insulted or wish it be known that Osama and his followers are using religion to create a war. He did create this war and the Terrorist network that now exists is much larger. Any suicide bomber who kills innocent civilians can not go to heaven and are not true followers of Islam. Please know that Muslims do not wish to be linked in any way to these terrorists that kill civilians and attempt to overtake governments. Also please learn about the history of the Tribal areas in south Afghanistan and in Pakistan. Learn about the Pakistan, Egypt, and Saudis that are behind the funding and wanted to go to war with Afghanistan to overtake the Afghan Nation and why they attacked the USA. The terrorists wish to overtake the World not just Afghanistan. They are attacking the governments in over 60 Nations. They are very active in North Africa, Southeast Asia, and West Africa.

Osama Bin Laden’s vision was to unite Muslims and bring back what he called Islamic fundamentalism. Osama’s views of what Islamic fundamentalism is have been viewed by most Muslims as extremist or radical views. One must also understand Bin Laden. He was born from a lesser member of the Saudi Arabian Royal family but was the son of a minor wife from Syria. Shortly after his birth his father divorced his mother. Osama was not included in family functions and was a bit of an outcast. This may explain his quite nature that is described by many who have met him in person. He grew up as a child observing the royal family and dreaming of having power. He also was a very religious boy and spent most of his time at the Muslim churches. During that time he came in contact with some radical Muslim clerics that had an influence on his thinking.

A series of events lead up to Osama to order a fatwa to kill American soldiers and civilians wherever and however they could. His Idea was to unite Muslims and fight what he felt was American influences and presence in the Middle East. Osama then decided to attack America. It is reported that he got the Idea after Israel destroyed towers in Lebanon. Shortly after arriving in Afghanistan he allied with the Taliban a military group of Pashtun in the south of Afghanistan and north Pakistan. Then they took control of 80-90% of Afghanistan. Only the Northeast was free of Taliban Rule. Ahmed Shah Massoud the Tajik Afghan who fought off the soviets for 10 years and gained him the nickname as “the Lion of Panjshir”. Massoud was the only thing stopping Bin Laden from overtaking Afghanistan. Weeks before the 9/11 attacks Bin laden had decided he would make the death of Mossoud the go signal for the 9/11 attacks. Osama, the Taliban, Pakistan ISI, Pakistan Army, and others positioned themselves at the borders to the north west of the area protected by Massoud and waited for the 9/11 attack as a go signal to attack Masoud's Army. Meanwhile 2 Arab Islamic extremists posed as photo journalists and came to interview Massoud. They had a Bomb in the video camera and it killed Massoud. Then the FBI reported heavy traffic of communications between al-Qaeda and Arabs in the USA. But the FBI even though they had been begging for more Arab speaking translators, did not have enough to decipher all the messages. Two (2) days later the 9/11 attacks were carried out by the Islamic extremists.

During the time Bin laden was allied with the Taliban he had taken over the Afghan National airline “Ariana Airlines”. Massoud found out that Osama was using the airline to transport poppies to exchange them for money and then exchange the money for weapons. Massoud captured some of the Taliban, Saudi, ISI, Pakistani, and Saudis and found out that they had planned a large scale attack on the USA soil of an “unusual Nature and scope”. This is confirmed by interviews a US defense intelligence Agent Julie Sirrs has found out when interviewing Massoud’s Taliban prisoners. Massoud and Julie Sirrs attempted to warn the USA government that a large scale attack was eliminate. The FBI was also starting to gather information about Arabs taking pilot lessons in USA but in many cases not interested in landing, communication with air traffic control towers or other vital issues. One case was exposed to the FBI by a flight training school. But the FBI did not have enough to charge the person with any crimes. Instead they continued to watch him.

Many conspiracy theories have mushroomed out of the attacks of 9/11. Much of the initial conspiracy info and false data was the result of deception and remarks made by Bin Laden and other al-Qaeda members. However the facts all show that it was an al-Qaeda plan and was carried out by persons trained by al-Qaeda.

One of the reasons for the attack was to show America Osama was not afraid of them and also to obtain more publicity and backing financially and obtain new recruits from other Muslims. He knew that many anti Israeli and anti American Muslims extremists would join his goal to kill Americans and attempt to end the Israeli occupation of lands seen by many radical Muslims as their Holy Lands. The Palestinians, Algeria, Egypt and Saudi Arabia have been Al-Qaeda’s biggest source of suicide bombers, (most are Arab Supremacist). Today Al-Qaeda recruits thousands of Muslims from approximately 60 countries. The majority are from Iran, Syria, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Egypt, Pakistan, Serbia, and Jordan.

When the USA went to Afghanistan to fight the terrorists Bin Laden was overjoyed. Now he could fight and kill Americans. Also it played into his plan to get certain Muslim sects to hate the Americans more and order non-Muslims out of Muslim territory. When USA attacked Iraq again Bin laden was even more emboldened and then began to spread al-Qaeda to Iraq. By 2005 Al-Qaeda announced they had plans for Iraq. This helped to increase the scope of his war and his goals. Osama’s goal is to rid the world of all non Muslim religious believers. This is not unlike Hitler and the Nazi’s. The difference here is that al-Qaeda is a terrorist organization and operates independently with many different leaders and cells.

I would like to restate that Most Muslims do not believe in Osama, al-Qaeda, and Pakistan’s views. Most Muslims are tolerant of other religions like Christian and even Jews and Armenians. I believe the good Muslims will stop the Taliban and al-Qaeda. When this happpens the good people of Afghanistan and Iraq will be in the history books someday as the people who stopped the terrorists.

This is only a tip of the iceberg there are many sources of information and a lot of evidence. Also one can not truly understand the hows and whys without understanding history, politics, and the greed of men.

I grew up with an interest in military, war, other cultures, and history. I spent my life since childhood researching and investigating military capabilities, techniques, propaganda, and other relevant topics. These areas of knowledge and the knowledge of Anarchist and Gangs help me see through the smoke and mirrors of the Islamic Extremists and conspiracy theorists. One more thing it’s called a conspiracy theory because there aren’t any facts, just speculation and lies. I also have been a building inspector and asbestos and hazardous waste expert for 22 years and this also helps me to understand why the towers fell and why they fell the way they did. There was also a good special on PBS about the buildings construction that details why they collapsed the way they did. Also I have friends with military intelligence since I was a child. I read the Anarchists cook book at age 18. When I was in my 20s I was exposed to and had friends and employees who were Anarchists, Neo Nazi's, White Supremacists and also Mexican and Black Gang Members.

I did not and do not share their views but it helped me understand terrorists. Also when I read a book by Roger Trinquier I found out a lot about how the Terrorists network is set up, how they use killing innocent civilians/native people (to cause people to not believe in their country’s ability to keep them safe), and that propaganda is a big part of their plan.

The News and Media only shows the bad side of Islam and not the good majority of Islam. There are many types of Islam I will write an article about this to help people understand a little more about Islam, and what is going on, and how Afghanistan and Iraq had Christians, and other religions that lived with them without war. They lived side by side and did not kill each other because of religion. The so called civil war in Iraq is more like gang wars and is not ethnic it is political. It is people in power who want more power. Afghanistan is different the Pashtun Taliban in the south are the Largest ethnic group in Afghanistan and there is significant populations of Pasto in Iran and UAE and live much like they did for thousands of years. In Afghanistan the Taliban are mostly Pashto and live among the citizens and many who are not fighting have relatives in the Taliban that are fighting. The Pashtun live in Tribal areas in south Afghanistan and north Pakistan. The Pakistan government and many others governments supporting Pakistan are also supporting the Taliban maybe without even knowing it. There are people in power around the world that in 1996 supported Bin Laden’s goal to conquer Afghanistan. Pakistan wanted to control Afghanistan. Many European Nations also wanted to stop the tribal fighting and gain control of the government and nation of Afghanistan for various reasons. One reason Bin laden was being funded by world governments was he was seen as the person able to do it without having to send western soldiers to fight and create a new Afghanistan.

Other sources of my information are various news sources around the world, some are main stream, others are underground, and some are governmental. I currently speak with Iraqi, Iranian, Afghan, and Arab citizens often. I also speak with US, British, and Aussie Soldiers as well as people in Iraq and Afghanistan working on the rebuilding efforts. - Ian Bach
