This picture is of the Petagon Building. Most of the conspiracy theories I read (rolls eyes - in disgust) well anyways, most of the theories contend that no parts of the jet were found at the petagon building. There is clearly a piece of the wreckage in the forground of this picture above. Most of the conpiracy creators interviewed people leaving the pentagon who for security reasons I would expect were kept away from the accident as the building was on fire and eventualy collapsed. The conspiracy theorists use quotes from people and use them out of context.
The other thing conspiracy nuts (opps people) point out windows adjacent the 125' gapping hole. The wingspan is 175'n the 747. Investigators at the crash and FAA have stated one of the wings hit the ground just before hitting the petagon. This portion of the pentagon had recently been reinforced. The whole side had blast proof windows and the wall and columns are very strong. Therefore when the plane hit it would be like a bullet trying to get through a bullet proof vest. People actualy survived in rooms very close to the area of damage. I watched a special on the way the building had been reinforced on a PBS show. Wish I remembered which one. The showed the damage to the pentagon and also details on the newly reinforced protion and methods used. As a building inspector i was very interested in the newer construction. It was like an armoured tank.
Basiclly PBS is on in background most the time when I am at my computer. I am presently watching "Foyles War" or something like that. It's a PBS series of the british citizens daily life and trials on ones spirit during WW2 . This episode dealt with "Sedition". People whos speech or organization tends toward insurrection against the established government and is deeemed illegal by the government.
is a term of law which refers to covert conduct, such as speech and organization, that is deemed by the legal authority as tending toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent (or resistance) to lawful authority. Sedition may include any commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws. Seditious words in writing are seditious libel.
Because sedition is typically considered a subversive act, the overt acts that may be prosecutable under sedition laws vary from one legal code to another. Where those legal codes have a traceable history, there is also a record of the change of definition for what constituted sedition at certain points in history. This overview has served to develop a sociological definition of sedition as well, within study of persecution.
The difference between sedition and treason consists primarily in the subjective ultimate object of the violation to the public peace. Sedition does not consist of levying war against a government nor of adhering to its enemies, giving enemies aid, and giving enemies comfort. Nor does it consist, in most representative democracies, of peaceful protest against a government, nor of attempting to change the government by democratic means (such as direct democracy or constitutional convention).
Put simply, sedition is the stirring up of rebellion against the government in power. Treason is the violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or state and has to do with giving aid to enemies or levying war. Sedition is more about encouraging the people to rebel, when treason is actually betraying the country.
I think we should get out the law books and use war time court law summaries. Then go after these top people like michael moore and the writers of the conspiracy books. That would make me very happy to watch these greedy people who make money in seditious ways.
They create fear in the citizens and create mistrust. The democrates have been using and milking these tactics. They say impeach Bush. I say arrest those like madeline albriet who left out details to the 9/11 commission about knowledge she and the Clintons had during their administraion years. Then we should arrest the people behind the seditious books and movies.
Wake up liberals!, we are at war and if you don't understand it yet you may be too late and eventually charged with sedition. Till then enjoy your freedom before you lose them. Like the old phase. "Loose lips, sinks ship". Think before you speak and think well of the country that has given you the freedoms you enjoy. - Ian bach
